The Plant House 208 – Easy 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love everything you get from The Plant House 208. If something’s not quite right, don’t worry — we’ll do our best to make it right!
🌿 Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return most items. Just make sure:
The item is unused and in its original packaging.
You have your receipt or order confirmation handy.
Live plants are not returnable, unless they arrive with severe transit stress or damage — and if that happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or two, so we can help quickly.
🚫 Items we can’t take back
Live plants (unless damaged in transit and reported within 48 hours)
Gift cards
Sale/clearance items
Special orders or custom items
Plants that have been trimmed, repotted, or otherwise altered
💳 Refunds
Once we get your return (or confirm transit damage), we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. This usually takes about 5–7 business days.
🔄 Exchanges
Want to swap something out? No problem! Reach out within 30 days and we’ll help you find the perfect replacement or set you up with store credit.
📦 Shipping
Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
😕 Something wrong with your order?
If your item shows up damaged or isn’t quite what you ordered, just send us a message within 48 hours with a photo and your order info. We’ll take care of it!
